How much?
How much?
Money? Time? Health? Love? Influence? Status? (Insert the change you're craving here).
How much more do you want? How much more do you need?
Even more importantly, why do you want more? What will it change for you?
This comes up over and over again in sessions with clients and I often find that initially the answer in unclear on both points.
With an unclear answer, the result is often anxiety and unhelpful stress. Because if you're not clear on what you want, the desire loop is limitless.
When it came up with a client today, she realized that she'd been driving herself for years out of a fear of not having enough money, putting up with toxic situations out of fear. Now, she understands her motivation much more clearly and knows how much she needs to create for herself to reach her goals. As a result, she feels relieved, light, and empowered to create a plan to get there.
