Heather is a globally recognized, ICF-certified coach and educator with 15 years of experience helping individuals uncover their true potential and align their actions with their dreams. Her diverse background includes working with executives, leaders and managers in large corporate and startup environments in multiple countries around the world to cultivate self-awareness, courage, and practices for success.
An experienced leader, coach, and facilitator, Heather works with clients individually and in teams across a range of topics— from leadership, to burnout prevention and recovery, to major life and career transitions, to inner confidence and self-expression, to communication.
Her coaching style integrates somatics, cognitive-behavioral techniques, hormone cycle awareness, mindfulness-based practices, and more to empower her clients to thrive in business and life. She emphasizes inner acceptance and compassion, believing that these qualities are foundational for effective leadership, sustainable inner and outer transformation, and meaningful relationships.
Based in Tokyo, she currently serves on the board and organizing committees of two organizations related to women’s success. In her free time you can find her practicing Muay Thai and tending to her many houseplants.
