• Missed or rescheduled appointments require 24-hour notice; otherwise, the session may be forfeited.

• Online courses and downloadable content are non-refundable once access is granted.=

If a scheduled service is canceled or postponed by HD Coaching (e.g. due to illness or emergency), a rescheduled session or alternative option will be offered at no additional cost.
