Heather Dobbin is a professional coach, facilitator, and community builder with over 15 years of experience supporting leaders, founders, and creatives.

Her work is informed by deep psychological insight and extensive career experience across Japan and Korea, including roles in education, program management, and community leadership.

In her private practice, Heather guides clients through complex career and life transitions, with a focus on burnout prevention, mindset, and creative expression. She also actively builds and facilitates communities for entrepreneurial women and startup founders, creating shared spaces for connection, growth, and sustainable leadership.

Sunshine Burri

Sunshine Burri is Community Coordinator at Google for Startups, where she focuses on building collaborative environments that help founders grow through meaningful connections and thoughtfully designed events.

Venue​

Google for Startups Campus is one of six global hubs designed to support startups. The Google for Startups Japan team established a campus in Shibuya in 2019, beginning its mission to support startups across Japan.

​Selected startups receive technical training and mentoring, along with business support from Google. They also benefit from a diverse community of entrepreneurs and startups. Campus Tokyo, located in the central Shibuya district, serves as a hub for innovation throughout Japan.
