Lindo Korchi

Born in New York and now based in Japan, Lindo brings a rich background in sales and marketing to his work as a community builder and creator. After moving to Japan in 2019, he built a B2B travel business and used TikTok as the catalyst to grow his personal brand - amassing a community of over 600K followers and 130M+ views.

Today, Lindo runs a personal branding agency that helps founders acquire clients through high-impact content and strategic outreach. He also hosts the Normal to Founder podcast, where he interviews entrepreneurs and shares insights on brand-building, digital growth, and the founder mindset.

Heather Dobbin

​Heather Dobbin

Heather is an experienced professional coach, facilitator, and community builder with 15 years of experience helping leaders, founders, and creatives align their daily actions with their life's vision.

​Her approach is informed by deep psychological insight and over 15 years of career experience in Japan and Korea, including key roles in education, program management, and community management.

​Heather works at both the individual and collective level. In her private practice, she guides passionate leaders and creatives through complex career and life situations, focusing on burnout prevention, mindset, and creative expression. As an active community builder, she currently organizes and facilitates a vibrant network for entrepreneurial women and startup founders, creating shared spaces for connection, growth, and sustainable leadership.

Katie Marple

Katie Marple

Katie Marple was born and raised in England. After serving as a Senior Manager overseeing social program development and CSR for one of the royal charities, she left the UK to travel the world. Her journey took her from designing research projects in the Costa Rican jungle to life on a remote island paradise, before eventually making Japan her home.

Passionate about communication, Katie specializes in non-violent communication, intercultural negotiation skills, and languages. Since moving to Tokyo, she has become known for building meaningful partnerships that expand opportunities for women in leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional growth. In her role as Director of Corporate Memberships for FEW Japan, she focuses on cultivating strong relationships with corporate partners, aligning shared values, and creating impactful collaborations that advance FEW’s mission.

Outside of her professional work, Katie loves deep conversations over coffee and is often found in a café with other women, chatting about life, the universe, and everything.
