Why Join This Mindfulness Hike?

Step Away From Overwhelm

Feeling stretched thin by work or life demands? This guided mindfulness hike offers a gentle reset. Fresh air, steady movement, and intentional pauses help calm the nervous system and quiet mental noise.

Find Clarity and Recenter

We’re already halfway through the year. This is an ideal moment to pause, reflect, and realign your energy, priorities, and intentions before moving forward.

Connect in a Supportive Space

Spend a few nourishing hours with like-minded women in a safe, judgment-free environment. This experience is designed to foster authentic connection without pressure or expectation.

What to Expect on the Day

The Mindfulness Hike

The Picnic and Reflection Circle

Bring your own lunch for a relaxed outdoor picnic. During this time, facilitator Katie Marple will guide a reflective conversation circle focused on clarity, intention-setting, and self-connection.
