Some weeks feel like a blur—constant motion, background noise, no real pause. By the time Friday arrives, we’ve often run out of attention for ourselves. That’s why I’m holding space again on Friday, October 17th, for our third Moshimo Mindfulness session at Moshimo Space Hayama. A soft reset. A breath before the weekend. A reminder that you’re allowed to come back to yourself.
Event Details
These mornings aren’t about being productive or getting anything “right.” They’re about showing up as you are. We’ll move through gentle practices to help you notice what’s happening in your mind and body, steady your attention, and soften your inner dialogue. Whether it’s your first session or you’ve been with us since the beginning, you’re welcome here.
As someone who’s coached people through burnout, transition, and big life shifts, I believe that small, consistent self-awareness practices can change everything. You don’t have to overhaul your life—you just have to be willing to pause. What if a single hour of calm could carry you through the rest of your week with a little more grace?
We’ll meet again at Moshimo Space Hayama, 7:30–8:30 AM. The session fee is 1,000 JPY (cash only) and drop-ins are still welcome. Bring a layer for warmth, your curiosity, and your tired, brilliant self. I’ll be there to guide you through it.
These sessions are for anyone, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners, ready to:
✨ Respond to stress with clarity, not reaction
✨ Find focus and stillness amidst the noise
✨ Cultivate a kinder, more compassionate inner voice
✨ Build a sustainable habit of self-care
