I’ve come to see how easily our thoughts slip into the spiral of what ifs—What if I say the wrong thing? What if I fall behind? Before the sun is even fully up, our minds can already be racing. At Moshimo Space Hayama, a place grounded in creative curiosity, I’d like to offer a new question: What if you began your day with presence instead of pressure?
Event Details
That’s exactly what we’ll explore together in the second Moshimo Mindfulness session, happening Friday, October 10th. Whether this is your first time joining or a continuation of your practice, you’re welcome as you are. We’ll meet early, before the world asks anything of us, and take one quiet hour to reset, reconnect, and breathe into the day ahead.
These sessions are slow, simple, and spacious. You’ll practice noticing your thoughts without being pulled by them, softening your inner voice, and strengthening your ability to respond rather than react. This isn’t about escape—it’s about cultivating resilience and compassion from the inside out. What if you gave yourself that gift before Friday even begins?
We’ll gather at Moshimo Space Hayama from 7:30 to 8:30 AM. The session fee is 1,000 JPY (cash only), and for now, drop-ins are welcome. If it’s your first time, no problem—just come curious, maybe bring something warm, and let’s start the day gently, together.
These sessions are for anyone, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners, ready to:
✨ Responding to stress with clarity, not reaction.
✨ Finding focus and stillness amidst the noise.
✨ Cultivating a kinder, more compassionate inner voice.
✨ Building a sustainable habit of self-care.
