Moshimo Mindfulness Fourth Session

  • Moshimo Café Hayama, Kanagawa, 240-0112 Japan (map)

Mondays often come with a certain kind of pressure—back at it, get moving, be ready. But what if the start of the week didn’t have to feel like a race? What if you had space to begin softly, with awareness and intention? That’s exactly what we’ll create together at the fourth Moshimo Mindfulness session on Monday, October 20th at Moshimo Space Hayama.

Event Details

When: Monday, October 20th

Time: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM

Where: Moshimo Space in Hayama

Session fee: ¥1,000

Each of these mornings has offered something slightly different—new people, new energy, new questions—and I love that. If you’ve been coming regularly, this is a chance to deepen your practice. If you’re joining for the first time, you’re stepping into something warm and welcoming. You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be “good” at mindfulness. You just need to be curious.

During our hour together, I’ll guide you through grounded practices that help you quiet mental chatter, reconnect with your body, and move into the day with clarity rather than reactivity. This work isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. What if you could begin your Monday from a place of calm confidence, instead of scrambling to catch up?

We’ll meet at Moshimo Space Hayama from 7:30 to 8:30 AM. The session fee is 1,000 JPY (cash only) and drop-ins are welcome. Bring a warm layer, bring a friend, bring whatever week you’re carrying—and let’s set the tone for it, together.

These sessions are for anyone—whether it’s your first time or your fourth—ready to:

✨ Respond to stress with clarity, not reaction

✨ Find focus and stillness amidst the noise

✨ Cultivate a kinder, more compassionate inner voice

✨ Build a sustainable habit of self-care
