Moshimo Mindfulness Fifth Session

  • Moshimo Café Hayama, Kanagawa, 240-0112 Japan (map)

Fridays carry a certain weight—the rush to finish, the list that didn’t quite get done, the anticipation of rest but not quite being there yet. That’s why I love holding these Friday morning sessions. They offer a quiet bridge between the intensity of the week and the spaciousness of the weekend. Join me for our fifth Moshimo Mindfulness gathering on Friday, October 24th, at Moshimo Space Hayama.

Event Details

When: Friday, October 24th

Time: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM

Where: Moshimo Space in Hayama

Session fee: ¥1,000

Each session so far has had its own feeling, shaped by who’s in the room and what they’re carrying. This one is no different. Whether you’ve come before or are joining for the first time, this hour is for you. We’ll slow down, breathe together, and gently shift from urgency to awareness.

I’ll guide you through a set of calming practices to help you notice your thoughts without getting stuck in them, reconnect with your breath, and soften your inner critic. These sessions aren’t about emptying your mind—they’re about meeting yourself with a little more honesty and care. What if you could end the week not exhausted, but centered?

We’ll meet at Moshimo Space Hayama from 7:30 to 8:30 AM. The session fee is 1,000 JPY (cash only) and drop-ins are welcome. Just bring whatever kind of week you’ve had, something warm to wear, and an openness to feel grounded again.

These sessions are for anyone—first-timers or regulars—ready to:

✨ Respond to stress with clarity, not reaction

✨ Find focus and stillness amidst the noise

✨ Cultivate a kinder, more compassionate inner voice

✨ Build a sustainable habit of self-care
