It’s amazing how quickly October has passed—how six quiet mornings can create a kind of rhythm. As we approach the sixth session of Moshimo Mindfulness on Monday, October 27th at Moshimo Space Hayama, I’m feeling a deep appreciation for everyone who’s stepped into this space. Whether you’ve joined before or are considering coming for the first time, you’re warmly invited to begin your week with us in calm, intentional company.

Mondays have their own flavor of urgency—but we don’t have to let that shape us. This hour is a chance to step away from the push of the to-do list and reconnect with what’s steady inside you. We’ll sit, breathe, and gently practice meeting ourselves without judgment, even if we’re tired, distracted, or uncertain. That’s the beauty of mindfulness—it begins wherever you are.
In this sixth session, I’ll guide you through grounding techniques designed to help you focus your attention, soften your internal dialogue, and respond more skillfully to the week ahead. These sessions aren’t about becoming someone new—they’re about remembering how to be with yourself, as you already are. What if Monday could feel like a beginning instead of a burden?
We’ll meet again at Moshimo Space Hayama from 7:30 to 8:30 AM. The session fee is 1,000 JPY (cash only), and as always, drop-ins are welcome. Bring something cozy, bring your mind just as it is, and let’s start the week in presence.
These sessions are for anyone—whether you’re just starting or six sessions in—ready to:
✨ Respond to stress with clarity, not reaction
✨ Find focus and stillness amidst the noise
✨ Cultivate a kinder, more compassionate inner voice
✨ Build a sustainable habit of self-care
